Résumé :

During the past decade our group has been involved in the ambitious project of characterizing the associations within the Lambda Orionis Star Forming region with a multi-wavelength multi-technique approach. The analysis of the central cluster provided us with a very complete census affected by minimal biases covering three orders of magnitude in mass. We have used this census to study properties such as rotation, activity, accretion and disk presence looking for answers to fundamental questions such as : is disk-locking an efficient mechanism also in fully convective objects ? Does the accretion rate scale with mass of the central object the same in VLMs and BDs ? and last but not least, what constrains can we put to the models of formation of brown dwarfs based on the presence of circum-substellar-disks ?
